Really brings home the wisdom of judgment (care) free coaching of the person, not the situation or the "story". Too many take aways to list but I love the concept of "we get to choose what things mean", "state is king", and the importance of "well formed outcomes". We are far more resourceful and powerful than we think.

The truths in this book are medicine for those who want less inner turbulence and greater unity of self. Oddly enough that pill isn't hard to swallow. Jaemin shows in this book how that pill is the easiest and nicest pill you'll ever swallow.Do not rush through this book, read it slow and read it right.

A Book For Everyone By Amazon Customer I have been constantly reading books and listening to audios on business and personal development since I started my own business 14 years ago and I must say this book really combines a lot of my learning’s and makes real sense of them in an easy to read format.It’s a book I eagerly read from cover to cover and I go back to flick through it often – especially the table with Needs/Unresourceful and Resourceful - gold.What I really love about it – is gives you stories that back up the theory and I especially love the chapters on Giving Your Power Away, Taking 100% Responsibility, Personal Power and 100% Ownership. I would so so love to give this book to those who I feel aren’t taking responsibility for their lives for these chapters alone so they can live a more fulfilling life – have to think of a tactful way to do that though ☺.However, this book is NOT just for those in victim mode it’s for everyone. I guarantee it would reinforce things, be food for thought, empower and assist anyone no matter how successful your life is.
