It was the combination of exercises and proper food intake that makes this book amazing. The exercise poses was illustrated and described clearly. The food to eat was also discussed in a proper and comprehensive way. I love how Angelina wrote this book for all of us. What a kind-hearted author she is that she put all her knowledge on weight loss for all. This is a worth reading and recommending tool!

IT provides a practical tips to losing weights--fad diet advice (carb counting, etc) is eliminated and this book focus on the real way to lose weight which is by eating less and eating more of the right foods when you do along with getting light psychical activity into your daily routine. IF you don't like dieting and are looking for advice to loose weight, than I would suggest this book.
