I purchased this book 2 weeks back and read and applied tips given in this book. The techniques given in this guide helped me find peace and stay out of depression and anxiety. The book is written so well and is a great read. If you follow the instruction given in this book, then you will surely be able to reduce anxiety and it will also help you to deal with chronic depression. This is a terrific book and I must recommend it to all.

This book helped me to realize that implementing simple changes in your life and making yourself aware of those changes, can indeed make you a happier person. This book has great advice on eating, sleeping, and all-in-all general tip to lead a happier life. I definitely recommend this book.
