Jane has done an amazing job of introducing natural chemical free alternatives to high street commercial lip balms. Inside this book are clean ingredients for 20 lip balms recipes which can be made at home. The suggestions on ideal oil based carriers for the lips as well as tips for getting started are really useful. My favorite recipe is the Cooling Peppermint Lip Balm which provides a calming and soothing effect and is especially good if you're suffering from damaged lips. This book comes highly recommended if you're after healthy looking lips.
