He also was a contributor at the 2001 Bread Loaf Writer's Conference as an aspiring novelist, but recent experiences turned his attention to the search for inner peace that he shares in this book. He currently lives on a small goat farm in northern Vermont with his wife Ellie.

Mark Mesler is able to take a complex concept and make it approachable with easy to understand examples. This book will stay with me a long time! So happy it is out now...with Christmas around the corner this makes an excellent "stocking stuffer" or gift! Thank you for the gift of this book! Perfect!
