It is a journey of an amazing woman who has helped so many with this way of eating and healing. Karens story is very touching, and down to earth. For someone to share her vulnerabilities and struggles in such an honest way is very refreshing,and you just "know" that this Fast Track Slim has been shaped on the anvils of experience. I like the matter of fact way that the program is explained. Peoples testimonies are very touching, and inspiring ( to say the least). I recommend this book to anyone who has been on the merry go round of different diets, of yo yo weight loss/gain, or to anyone who isnt feeling 100% well and vibrant. Following Karens suggestions and programme WILL change your life, your relationship with food, and get you back in touch with YOU !! Highly recommended !
