The suggestions and recipes are delicious sounding and simple to make. They are ideal for the busy mom who hasn't the time to spend hours preparing healthy food. Before eating clean I hardly had the energy to pull myself up the stairs to go to bed. I was depressed and lethargic. My brain was in a fog. But now I feel joyous..I have boundless energy to get my tasks done. I feel so happy and healthy. I cannot wait to try these recipes!

Brent Norman does a good job explaining why we need to stay away from foods that have hormones or chemicals inside. Often we don't eat clean because it can be a bit of a hassle, but the recipes here are easy to follow and don't take anymore time than making unhealthy meals.
