There are so many recipes in here I don't know where to start. Obviously I haven't tried them all but the one's I have tried have been wonderful. The author has done a fantastic job of putting all of this together and it's structured in a good way. If you're looking for low carb recipes, you've come to the right place. This is the go-to book.

The recipes look delicious and with easy to follow instructions you can't go wrong. I have tried various methods of losing weight and eating healthily before but with the enormous selection of meals, snacks, desserts in these books you won't run out or get tired of eating well because there are such a variety to choose from! Absolutely brilliant!

I have personally tried the feta and spinach stuffed chicken with spinach and it is absolutely stunning. A great mate to have in every kitchen in every home.
