This book is exactly what I was looking for! It has incredibly useful tips to exercise even while in bed!! It can’t get any better than that! I absolutely love my new book, and I am surprised how much I use it now!!! Beach body… Here I come!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Motivational + Easy By Chris I really need to exercise more and aside from the motivation I needed, the book has some great ideas for things I can do at my desk at work and even stuck in traffic (looking forward to trying those out!). Highly recommended.
