By Josh Unlikely Blessings has been an on-time-blessing for me. This LIFE manual forces you to re-evaluate your own life and begin rebuilding in the midst of a storm. Each chapter challenges you to make better choices, whether you are new in your walk with Christ or in need of re-introduction this book will serve as a “HELP” guide. It is hard to put the book down once you have begun reading. Do not be deceived, it looks like a quick easy read but when you begin a chapter it is hard not to stop, reflect and compare the parallels and traits of Joseph to your own life. The book will inspire you to do better, seek more, and spend more time with God, explore what God has in store for your life and those around you. You will become more concerned and excited about what God thinks and his assignment for your Life and less concerned and rattled by your “haters”Thank you Bishop Borders and I look forward to seeing more material in the near future.Blessings,Josh

An Eye-Opening Revelation for God's People By Sand I am so blessed to have read Unlikely Blessings and am grateful to be a member of Morning Star Baptist Church with Bishop John M. Borders, III as my Pastor and spiritual Father. I intentionally read Unlikely Blessings slowly because I wanted to digest every part and am glad that I did. It is full of eye-opening revelation and packs a punch that can only be found in the weighty things of God. This is a book that I will read again and again because I want to have it fully ingrained in my understanding. Of the many times I have read the story of Joseph I have always read it from the view of unjust suffering and persecution on Joseph's part, yet still he maintained the grace of God in his life. Yet, Bishop Borders opened up this well-told story in a more personal, intimate, and detailed way. I was truly amazed at the profound truth of it all. I realize now that I am a Joseph in my family and now I fully understand why; so that I can be fully ready to accept the calling of God through Christ Jesus on my life to be an administrator of His blessings so that others will be saved. Trials and attacks are meant to interfere with our worship of Almighty God, yet Joseph never lost his faith and acknowledged that his service was unto God. He was living his dream but never became overcome with the worldly accolades that accompanied it. Thank you Jesus! We have a real treasure in our midst in Bishop John M. Borders, III and I am grateful to God Almighty for allowing me and mine to share his space and time for God's glory. I recommend Unlikely Blessings to everyone and look forward to the next book that God will bless Bishop Border with.
