And, I am one of those people. I want and yes, needed to start a low carb diet to shred my abdominal fats and to reduce my triglyceride. After reading this I was so happy that this book will teach anyone on how to prepare, carry out and maintain the diet. The 17 days diet is a good start and oh yeah...we shouldn’t stop there it is only the beginning of improving our well being. About the recipes, I like them...like the marinated grilled shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, asparagus with parmesan crust, easy barbeque ribs and the chocolate swirl cheesecake. All the recipes (I just wished they are so many) are all wholesome, the whole family will surely love them.

By Jayvee L Most of the people that is reading a diet book is only interested in losing weight for just a period of time and then they go back to their old lifestyle. What I like about this book is that it will encourage everyone to make this diet plan as a lifestyle. It would be difficult in a few days but if you help yourself to do this plan over and over again in no time you will see the big difference not only with your body figure but also with your health. There are so many benefits that you will discover, not temporarily but for the rest of your life. Such a nice book to have.

By Katie Low carb lifestyle does not mean that you will take out the carbohydrates on your diet and for me, that what this book explains. This explains the health benefits of the low carb diet like insulin and blood sugar improvements when you have Type 2 diabetes for it helps to reduce both. And what I like in this diet plan, is that it provides or gives you insights of the things to do before hand to prepare or condition yourself, to have set up your goals and preparing your diet before you get started. And of course, the recipes are so delicious and would probably try them.
