I have read countless Yoga books in the past, this one was written with much passion and fire. I highly recommend this book. Lei Camille is dedicated to Yoga and is extremely passionate about it as shown in the book and she is very insightful as well explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. It gets into how Yoga benefits you as well how it affects your well-being as well educates you on how to apply the knowledge when doing Yoga-very detailed. If I could rate this book a 10, I would! 5-Star from me.

Packed with Yoga Information By Barb C. i practiced Yoga for awhile back a few years and enjoyed it but unfortunately other priorities got in the way. Recently I have been starting again and I came across this book. I found it to be interesting and motivating.In the Introduction the author, Lei Camille, explains some of her experiences with yoga and how she has benefitted from practicing yoga. There is a brief explanation of what yoga means followed bt a section on the history of yoga, which I found to be very interesting. There is an explanation of how you benefit from yoga after weeks, months and years of practice.The section on The Theory and Practice of Yoga was involved and more detailed than anything I have read about yoga before. I think it is valuable information to better understand yoga. It is a good reference section to review occasionally. In the Getting Started section there are several yoga paths to choose from. This was helpful for determine what I want to focus on.The seven Chakras are explained. I had read about chakras in other spiritual books I have read. This was a brief and beneficial refresher course that got me back up to speed fast. That completed the first chapter. A lot of information to take in though it really sets the stage for digging deeper.Chapter two discusses the importance of how you breathe and then gets right to the poses. The book explains 16 poses and setting an intention after practice. There are some good tips for sticking with yoga which was my problem the first time. The book contains more philosophy on life and love which come at the right point, tight after the exercises.The book closes out with healthy recipes and gratitude. I found this book to be packed with information on yoga and leading a healthy, peaceful life. I would recommend this book to people of all ages that have even a remote interest in yoga.

I personally haven't tried yoga yet, but this book makes want to take up yoga. Its full of optimism and the flow of the book is great. It explains the benefits of yoga poses physically and its benefits to our mental health. Chakras are a new concept to me. So I was amazed at how she detailed and concise the explanation was that I understood it. Hopefully, this book will empower more people to take up yoga and have a proper mindset before trying it. I would definitely recommend this book to people who wants to be inspired and empowered.

How well do you know the Bible? She has been married to her husband Mark since 1991 and they have twin teenage sons, Matthew and Andrew, whom they were blessed to adopt at birth. Tyler Dawn became passionate about studying the Hebrew context of Christianity in June of 2011, resulting in the writing of her Christian-crossover book, The Bridge: Crossing Over into the Fullness of Covenant Life, in 2014. The Bridge was intended to draw believers back to the Father whom Messiah preached. By Don S 1st century Hebrew contexts require 1st century Hebrew interpretations, especially of Paul's writings, the one the church has so tragically misunderstood. In short, very much worth your time and the few bucks it takes to get it. However, I suggest reading the prequel first, The Bridge.

King, Kingdom, Citizen is written so that the average person like myself can understand it. Gaining the revelation that our God is a real King, not one in theory only, is vital to our relationship with Him. As a citizen of His Kingdom, it is our privilege to show Him honor by revering Him and walking in obedience to His Kingdom laws. One of my favorite parts of the book was the Acts 15 courtroom scene, outstanding! I now have a grasp on the people involved and the issues being addressed at the Jerusalem Council, and therefore have the confidence to explain this portion of Scripture to other believers. Tyler spends the last portion of her book explaining how the issue of citizenship in regards to the former Gentiles coming into covenant through faith in Messiah is the key issue being addressed in Paul's letter to the Galatians. This book is a must read for every Christian and Messianic believer!

By Chris Pope Until recently I had never heard about the Ancient Near East or Honor and Shame, but I knew that it was important to read and understand the Bible from the perspective of those who it was written to. If these topics interest you (and they should if you really want to understand what the bible is saying in a proper cultural context) then I suggest starting with King, Kingdom, Citizen by Tyler Dawn Rosenquist. This book touches on some very important topics that we as a Westernized Culture have no idea about. It's eye opening and I could not put this book down. The best part is that it is written in such a way that even a newbie can understand it. I HIGHLY recommend this book for anyone who wants a deeper understanding of the cultural context surrounding the scriptures!

But when he returns the next day, she has fled, and two men have broken down her door and ransacked her room. His subsequent reports produce the same result: someone is going after the woman, and using police information to do so. Finally Lucas locates the witness, but refuses to bring her in until he can plug the leak in his department. Sanders returns and is assigned the case, with its missing detective and witness as well as a haphazard paper trail indicating a number of ignored but obvious suspects. Although Sanders investigates, it is Jeffries who identifies the culprits. From Library Journal Murder, blackmail, and opera are all on the agenda in this police thriller set in Toronto. The action focuses on detective Rob Lucas and his ace witness, the mysterious Stormi Knight. Knight witnesses the murder of a wealthy businessman, and Lucas stashes her, then loses, tracks, finds, and stashes her again, risking life and limb to protect her against killers he figures for renegade cops. He also falls clumsily in love with his charge and is prepared to forsake his badge in order to save her life. Meanwhile, Inspector John Sanders and his companion Harriet Jeffries do background work that identifies the culprits. Sleep isn't up to the earlier high marks set by Sale in this series (Murder in Focus, etc.), and the familiar duo of Sanders and Jeffries play small, unrevealing roles. Although the slow hunt of real detective work and the human details of the cops are illuminated skillfully by Sale, narrator Lynda Evans sounds rushed and stumbles through the text, her characterizations becoming only barely more distinct as the plot unfolds. Rob's attempts to hide his witness are constantly frustrated. The bad guys seem to know his every move, and Rob's convinced there's a leak in the department. After a second murder and a savage attack that Annie barely survives, Rob stops reporting in and devotes himself to nursing Annie, with whom he's now desperately in love. A rash stroke by the villain finally breaks the case.... She has written over 100 books that have been translated into 31 different languages, and over 10 million copies of her books have been sold worldwide. After graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Lillian went on to pursue a highly successful business career in banking and finance in the 1980's in Hong Kong. Her business acumen, drive and abundant energy soon led her from the finance world to the world of luxury department stores and boutiques where, through a leveraged buy out, she became Chairman and shareholder of The Dragon Seed Group. All the while she was guided and taught by her feng shui masters in Hong Kong and China - and she attributes much of her monumental and quick rise to success in Hong Kong directly to them. Lillian soon decided to retire from active corporate life and return to Malaysia to raise her beautiful daughter, Jennifer, and spend more time with her family. It was at this time she began to devote her energy to writing and furthering her study of feng shui. She published her first book in Malaysia in1995 that quickly became a best seller and the rest is history. Today she is Chairman of Wofs.Com, a feng shui franchise and merchandising company run by her daughter, Jennifer Too. She trains feng shui students and future consultants at her Certified Consulting Institute in Malaysia and is much loved by her readers, associates and students for the way she teaches practical feng shui in a user-friendly way, using ordinary situations and circumstances that interest people and affect their everyday lives. In November 2009, at the International Feng Shui Convention in Singapore, the well-deserved title of GRAND MASTER OF FENG SHUI was conferred upon Lillian Too. Immediately following this accolade, in early January 2010, she received the prestigious Brand Laureate Personality of The Year Award presented by the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia! You can barely write your schedule in it, the pictures are hard to color because of the small size and it is just too crowded. Lillian, please make this a lot bigger and easier to use. I know this is the first year for it to come out, but this is a major issue. It would work much better if it was 8.5x11 and spiral bound so it can lay open and flat. I leave my planner open to the side of my computer because that is where I use it and look at it every day. This is a great idea, but meant for a bigger size.

Life is an act. We act like humans and therefore we experience like humans with a litany of limitations, shortcomings and drama that mask our underlying angelic consciousness.

In Act of Consciousness, Ascended Master Adamus Saint-Germain begins by explaining the metaphysics of energy. About the Author About Geoffrey Hoppe Geoffrey A. Hoppe was born and raised in the Midwest United States in a large Catholic family. His interest in spirituality and metaphysics started at the age of 19 when he hypnotized a friend. While in a trance state the friend began to recount a series of previous lifetimes. Geoffrey immersed himself into the study of metaphysics and religion for the next several years. His spiritual journey was all but forgotten for nearly 20 years with the demands of his business career. By Wulfing von Rohr After knowing the Hoppe's and their Adamus channelings since 2009 and after reading (and translating) their books before, I may / can / must say: this is a true breakthrough book. Spiritually inspiring and frightening in its directness; it does not diddle-widdle around metaphysical woolly concepts and "feel good" ideas and mental-emotional smooching caresses but goes right to the heart of - no, not of "matters" - but of life: how to integrate BOTH our natures and essences: the divine and the temporal. For me a "one out of maybe ten must read" books of this decade.
