I have read countless Yoga books in the past, this one was written with much passion and fire. I highly recommend this book. Lei Camille is dedicated to Yoga and is extremely passionate about it as shown in the book and she is very insightful as well explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. It gets into how Yoga benefits you as well how it affects your well-being as well educates you on how to apply the knowledge when doing Yoga-very detailed. If I could rate this book a 10, I would! 5-Star from me.

Packed with Yoga Information By Barb C. i practiced Yoga for awhile back a few years and enjoyed it but unfortunately other priorities got in the way. Recently I have been starting again and I came across this book. I found it to be interesting and motivating.In the Introduction the author, Lei Camille, explains some of her experiences with yoga and how she has benefitted from practicing yoga. There is a brief explanation of what yoga means followed bt a section on the history of yoga, which I found to be very interesting. There is an explanation of how you benefit from yoga after weeks, months and years of practice.The section on The Theory and Practice of Yoga was involved and more detailed than anything I have read about yoga before. I think it is valuable information to better understand yoga. It is a good reference section to review occasionally. In the Getting Started section there are several yoga paths to choose from. This was helpful for determine what I want to focus on.The seven Chakras are explained. I had read about chakras in other spiritual books I have read. This was a brief and beneficial refresher course that got me back up to speed fast. That completed the first chapter. A lot of information to take in though it really sets the stage for digging deeper.Chapter two discusses the importance of how you breathe and then gets right to the poses. The book explains 16 poses and setting an intention after practice. There are some good tips for sticking with yoga which was my problem the first time. The book contains more philosophy on life and love which come at the right point, tight after the exercises.The book closes out with healthy recipes and gratitude. I found this book to be packed with information on yoga and leading a healthy, peaceful life. I would recommend this book to people of all ages that have even a remote interest in yoga.

I personally haven't tried yoga yet, but this book makes want to take up yoga. Its full of optimism and the flow of the book is great. It explains the benefits of yoga poses physically and its benefits to our mental health. Chakras are a new concept to me. So I was amazed at how she detailed and concise the explanation was that I understood it. Hopefully, this book will empower more people to take up yoga and have a proper mindset before trying it. I would definitely recommend this book to people who wants to be inspired and empowered.
