He has really opened my eyes on ways to build strength from the comfort of my home or anywhere I choose. I never thought there were so many ways to do pushups and work so many muscles. Recently I left my gym. Now I am building strength and saving money :)

The chapter on plateaubusters proved to be especially useful, and the tips related to opossing muscle groups willintegrate directly into my workouts.Prior to reading this book, I considered pushups as a 'finisher' exercise, but now plan to addpushups (in their many forms and styles) as a workout of their own -especially useful as atravel workout, with no equipment required.With the numerous tips and tricks provided to increase the pushup count - it is a must foranyone looking to up their numbers, or thinking to start a friendly 'wager', as the techniquetips alone increased my pushup count over 50% before training changes even began.
