Or does it sound like: SURE Y'ALL HOT? Well, yes, I want to be hot and look sexier. I want to lose weight--as so many folks in my upper bracket do. So, what's keeping me from doing all that? Well--according to the author, "Here's the magical step." WHERE?I get a pep talk to begin with--ignore the excuses of older ladies...step up to growth...set the excuses aside...more laughter, beauty, freedom, less stiffness, more energy. This "hot" author asks, "What should you do to win the game?" Take in fewer calories than you burn. Rev up your metabolism. Follow the "Top 7 Healthy Eating Tips." Also, "crush" the top 4 physical and mental problems. Get and stay physically fit.All the hints offered in this book are standard and practical. But this book slants them to older folks and that is good.

By Francis K-Library Osteoporosis, we know affects people who has calcium deficiency and it shows not only in older people. On symtoms, one is the bow-legged and easy-ness of fractures even when doing routine physical work. I didn't really know cauliflower, beans & my favorite Almonds was rich in calcium and I would normally relate to diary products. Great info on Tyroid etc. and advise here. While the intro put a slight yawn in me, this is certainly a well written book.
