That can feel very disconcerting and leave you feeling hopeless. That is where this book comes in as a must read resource to getting your body in shape. Exercise is even more important as you get older. You don't want your body to fall apart and you need a plan.Elle lays out a clear step by step plan from getting your body back in order. This book also covers diet and sleep in addition. This is a must read book for anyone getting older.

David A different kind of personal transition happens every decade, but I think, the transition varies on each person. I do not know if that would make sense to everybody but for me, something special really happens when we turn 10, 20, 30, 40 , 50 and so on. We level up spiritually, mentally and personally (I hope financially, too) as we get old but physically, we slow down.This book did not discuss what common books tell almost every 50 year-old men and women which is how to make much money. “Exercise and Fitness” focused on how to keep ourselves healthy, active and fit despite of our age, which I think is more important. If you are over 50 and finding ways to start having a healthy routine, this book is for you. Learn modest exercises and effective strategies that are easy-to-do and are just right for you.
