About the Author
Katherine Sully has written over 40 books for children. After studying Narrative Method at college, she began work in children's publishing where she developed a particular interest in book design. Katherine lives with her family in Bath, England.
Simona Sanfilippo is a talented children's book illustrator from Italy. She has created illustrations for books, postcards and greetings cards as well as advertising campaigns. She has participated in illustration contests in Italy and other parts of Europe, and has received several awards.

By Kathryn svendsen Katherine Sully’s version of David and Goliath is an accurate child’s picture book version of the events in the Bible of the story of the encounter between David and Goliath.The pictures are bright and colourful adding interest to the story and helping young children to better understand it. There are activities at the back of the book which require the child to look back at the story and enhance the child’s understanding and memory of the story also.I think that this book is a great way to introduce children to the events in the Bible. This is a book they will read again and again. I gave it a rating of 5 stars out of 5.Thank you to the publishers via Edelweiss for providing a copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review. A positive opinion was not required.
