By Amazon Customer I like how you can see multiple weeks on the same page making the log more compact than most. However, there is little room to put down the specifics of a workout, splits, intended pace, etc. Will meet my needs but for those who are into writing down all the specifics of their daily workouts it might be a little too compact.
