I don't know Jennifer McLean, but from what I can tell she seems like a very caring person who tries to help others and wants to make the world a better place. Beyond that, she is offering the material for free (or less than $1.00 for the Kindle version).I did sort of like it - it was certainly worth the purchase "price" - but I am afraid it is not really much of a book. There is less than 50 pages of actual material; and most of the "paragraphs" are only one sentence long, so many of the pages have a lot of blank space.Only the first chapter relates to the book's title and deals with busting procrastination. The publication is really intended to provide the reader with the steps and advice needed to start an online business. That topic could certainly be of great value to many would-be entrepreneurs, though it is too broad to be adequately covered in these 50 pages.McLean makes up for the shortage of reading material by including many links to her website where one can see how she set up her business and where additional material, some of which is also free, is available. So, again, it seems this is not so much a book as a marketing piece.The bottom line here is that the book is an easy read that can be read cover to cover in 30 minutes if you don't stop to do the exercises - and you can come back to those at any time. It is a good introduction to starting an online business and links to additional resources are provided. Even without turning to those additional resources, the material in the book itself has some interesting guided meditations for accessing what McLean calls your "sacred chamber," and her concept of developing a service-first approach to business is admirable.If anyone has an interest in learning what is involved in starting an online business, he or she would do well to read "The Business Procrastination Buster" and then decide whether or not to access the additional material on Jennifer McLean's website. It is free, after all, so there is nothing to lose but half an hour of time.

On top of that, we get the opportunity to win an iPhone by writing an Amazon review, so here we are.I love the guiding principle of asking your knowing-self or higher intelligence for guidance. The book contains several meditations for that purpose. However, many people cannot meditate with a book, so there are links throughout the book that point to free videos with further information and upsells. Nevertheless, our less egoistic selves have different priorities than we do, and doing things that we want to get done is sometimes of low priority to them.The book title, "Procrastination Buster", leads people to think that it will help bust procrastination so that people will move quickly to productivity.However, only a small portion of the book deals with procrastination. So if you are here to bust procrastination, you might be better served by reading "Getting Things Done" by David Allen or listen to "Eat that Frog" by Brian Tracy. And consult your knowing-self or higher intelligence over those techniques.
