It really broke down and explained all the different diets that are so big right now, in terms that are easy to understand. Fun read, unlike alot of "dieting books" that just shove their opinion down your throat as if it is the only plan that works! Great evidence based research to solidify the authors perspective. Awesome recipes that I can't wait to try out, in a plan that seems so simple to follow! This book definitely has me pumped up and ready to make healthy changes in both mine and my son's life! This book has the potential to be life-changing and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in becoming a healthy and improved you!

Unlike some of the books currently available regarding popular diets, this one is filled with references and research data that will make you think twice next time you go to the grocery store. Also like the meal plan.

FINALLY, a realistic and evidence based book written by a person qualified and credentialed to make the recommendations! As a Healthcare provider it pains me to see patients consuming every blog and book out there without concern for the source. Also a fun read!
